With Jean-Karl Vernay committed to race in the WTCR at Zandvoort, the Leopard Lukoil Team has called Jaap van Lagen to replace the French at the wheel of the Audi RS3 LMS in the TCR Europe Series on the Dutch racetrack.
Van Lagen is a very experienced and eclectic racing driver, capable of being equally competitive with GT, Sport and Touring cars.
He has already proved a winner in TCR claiming a double victory at Zandvoort in last year's TCR Benelux event driving an Audi. Also in 2017 he had been called by Leopard Racing for racing in the TCR International Series event at Oschersleben as Vernay’s teammate.
