Autodromo do Algarve

The circuit was built in just seven months and opened in October 2008. Designed by Ricardo Pena, it has hosted motorsport on two and four wheels, with the TCR International Series visiting in its maiden season in 2015. First used as a Formula One test venue in the winter of 2008-9, it hosted its first F1 Grand Prix in 2020.
