Jack Young (1^st):“It was a good race. Tom was on me the whole way. At the start, it looked like he was going to get me, and then I just kept off the kerbs and tried to save my tyres, and in the end he cooked his. It was a very, very tough race; it was very draining as well in the heat. That’s two wins this year, so we’ve definitely hit our mark. Last time out in Monza and now here we’ve shown our true pace, so let’s see what we can do tomorrow. I think it’s going to be a different race as when you’re in the pack the car doesn’t perform as well, so I think Tom and I could struggle tomorrow. But we’ll try and work our way through.”

Tom Coronel (2^nd):“(Young) didn’t make any big enough mistakes. I made one mistake before the end and out-braked myself at the first corner. I tried every lap, but the acceleration of the Honda is amazing. Tomorrow, it’ll be nice to see if we can be second in the championship, we’ll try and we see where we end up. My pace was quite strong in the race – so we’ll see if there’s a possibility. We’ve won the teams’ championship and for Comtoyou Racing, it’s a good result. Overall we’ve had a good season – two P3, one P2, two P1s, and missed two races – so I’m quite happy.”

Franco Girolami (3^rd):“It was amazing to score another podium for us and the team. It’s incredible, it’s impossible to imagine something better, Drivers’ Champion, Teams’ Champions, I’m proud to be with Comtoyou Racing. We’ll keep it focussed for tomorrow. I have 30kg of compensation weight, which was the big problem trying to follow Tom and Jack.”
