Josh Files (winner): "The key moment, really, was the start. I had a good kick-off and could keep things in control in the initial laps. I must say the safety-car period helped to preserve the tyres. Re-start was good and I had a good fight fending-off the attacks from the guys behind. I know the track very well, so I knew the line to take and how to defend. It's a great result, especially for the team. Everyone worked a lot at Target after Spa, where we had a lot of problems. It's a brand new car here and after some glitches in free practice, everything is working perfectly."
Luca Filippi (second): "It's a good result but still, I feel a little bit frustrated, as we had very good pace here. I felt we had a little bit more in the car, and we cold have won if we could have stayed in front. But on this track, you really need to have a second more to be able to pass. Staying stuck behind the others, I started to have some brakes issues, but still, the pace was excellent."
Daniel Lloyd (third): "I am very pleased with the result, as the Hyundai cars were very fast today and there was little to do against them. I took a good start, which put me in P4, then had some very good fights with the Hyundai boys, especially in sector 2. I was quite happy with my overtaking on Panciatici, quite a great move, then I could build a small gap to ensure the podium."
