Andreas Bäckmann (winner): "It was a tough race, and a very nice win, I am very happy. My start was good, but Daniel's was better and I could only follow him. Luckily, I had the pace to stay very close to put pressure on him and I figured that, despite tyre degradation, I could be a little bit faster than him in the final laps. That's exactly what happened and when he did a little mistake, I was left with enough room to dive in and pass. It's a terrific feeling to win and I am very grateful to the team, my sponsors, my family and everyone who is supporting me in this campaign."

Nelson Panciatici (second): "I took a good start and take third after the lively opening phases. I had not the pace of Lloyd and Bäckmann, but they were fighting hard and eventually that allowed me to come back and pass Lloyd to take second. It's a good result, after the two fourth places in Austria, and it helps returning where we should be and where we were at the beginning of the season. I'm getting more and more familiar with Touring Car racing and with this type of cars, which is a completely new world for me."

Daniel Lloyd (third): "Third is not a bad result, of course, but it is somehow tough to lose this race when I led most of it. My start was very good and I drove well to keep Andreas behind, but the pace was probably excessive for the tyres and in the last three laps, I was sliding a lot, both back and front. Then, it was just impossible to avoid little mistakes and to get past."
