Santiago Concepción is back for the 2026 TCR Europe Touring Car Series, and with a new team, as he moves across to join AIKOA Racing and will pilot an Audi RS 3 LMS for his new campaign.
Now heading into his third year of competition in the series, the 22-year-old Spanish driver follows up a competitive sophomore season, the highlight of which was a podium finish at Spa-Francorchamps early in the year while driving with the RC2 Racing Team.
Concepción now changes team and car for his third year, and completes AIKOA Racing's newly refreshed driver line-up, as he joins Giacomo Prandelli who is embarking on his first full season in TCR Europe after a year in the TCR Italy championship.
"I'm happy to be racing with AIKOA Racing and to compete with Audi in 2026," said Concepción.
"I'm looking forward to driving the new car, so far I'm used to racing with the Honda. We achieved good results last year, but it's the right time to change. This year I'll be trying to get some better results, as while we were competitive in 2025, we also had a lot of bad luck with some punctures, braking issues, and a few accidents.
"The aim is to take that competitiveness into the new season and get some great results, and more regularly finish in the top five."
