Paulo Ferreira, the Promoter of TCR Europe, has paid tribute to the CEO of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit Nathalie Maillet, who was found dead at her home on Saturday night.

Paulo Ferreira said: “All of us at TCR Europe were shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden death of Nathalie Maillet. We have become regular visitors to the circuit and we always received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from Nathalie and her colleagues. The most recent TCR Europe races were held there only two weeks ago as part of the 24H weekend.

“On behalf of all of us, I would like to convey our deepest sympathy to Nathalie’s friends and family and to the staff at Spa-Francorchamps for their loss.”
