Team Clairet Sport will be back racing in full-time competition in the 2025 TCR Europe series season, fielding a pair of Audi RS 3 LMSs for race-winning brothers Jimmy and Teddy Clairet.
The two drivers last competed full-time in TCR Europe in 2021, both drivers winning races on their way to sixth and eighth in the drivers’ championship that year.
Jimmy made his TCR Europe return for two wild card entries last year in Belgium and Spain, controlling the race and winning at season finale at the Valencia circuit, while Teddy made his TCR return at the end of the year in TCR Italy and TCR Spain, also finishing on the top step of the podium in one of his one-off appearances.
The two drivers are now back racing in a full programme in their successful family-run team, which has run cars in multiple disciplines in recent years across Europe, including the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour and the FIA Motorsport Games.
The team will field the second generation Audi RS 3 LMS for both drivers, and will be chasing race wins and a chance to fight for the title in what’s set to be a very competitive season.
“We are definitely really happy to be racing again in TCR Europe,” said Jimmy and Teddy Clairet. “We miss the feeling of fighting during a whole season in TCR, and it seems that this season the competition will be really high with a lot of talented teams and drivers on the grid!
“We are not really able to test before the season so we will work based on our previous experience. We want to enjoy this season and do our best! Let’s race.”
