The TCR Europe series has opened up pre-registration for the 2026 TCR Europe season to all teams that took part during the 2025 year, with the entry opening up to any interested teams from January 1st, with a cap of 26 cars set for the grid.
26 cars took part in the final round of the 2025 season at Barcelona, with the grid size continuing to grow throughout the year, more than doubling the average of the previous year.
The promoter is allocating 26 grid spots to full-time entries for next year, with a reserve of two more for each race weekend to be granted on a case-by-case basis throughout the year, should the 26-car minimum be met.
The teams that have been invited to register their interest for 2026 include AIKOA Racing (Italy), ALM Motorsport (Estonia), Area Motorsport (United Kingdom), BRC Racing Team (Italy), JSB Competition (France), Kombat Motorsport (Italy), MA:GP (Sweden), MM Motorsport (Italy), Monlau Motorsport (Spain), PMA Motorsport (Italy), RC2 Racing Team (Spain), Solite Indigo Racing (South Korea), Target Competition (Italy), and Team Clairet Sport (France).
From January any remaining spots on the grid will be opened to any new teams that have an interest in joining TCR Europe for 2026. New teams that wish to register their interest now can also submit an application, and will have priority on the waiting list.
